Plants Vs Zombies - Zomnibus - Volume 1

I love that there are four stories and some bonus stories.

In "Lawnmageddon" (#1), Nate Timely and Patrice Blazing become

friends and fight zombies. Uncle Dave builds a T-Rex that can breathe fire and they have a wind machine to blow away all the smog that Zombus created. My favourite page was page 38-39, where Patrice gets attacked by an abominable snowman zombie and is rescued by a zombie who wants to eat her brain and somehow, with just one rope, protects herself. I found it so cool.

"Timepocalypse" (#2) is my favourite story. They visit the future, the time of the dinosaurs, Egypt, Eye Island, and compete in a disco contest. Zomboss builds a sun vacuum, but loses the pieces through time. Crazy Dave, Patrice Blazing and Nate Timely track down all the pieces from the sun vacuum and make a giant sun magnifier. And Patrice looks so cool on page 122, panel 6.

"Bully For You" (#3). Learn about ZomBoss when he was in college and what a big bully he was. An anti-bullying squad made up of students that ZomBoss had bullied throws him in jail and steals his army. Three people make mysterious calls because Zomboss steals from them. Learn about Patrice blazing and Nate Timely: what they like, dislike, zombies defeated, zombies run from, favourite plant, and percentage of Crazy Dave's words understood. My favourite part is when Nate Timely makes a zombie alert signal which tells you when the zombies are coming and it doesn't sound until after the zombies have surrounded them (page 194). And Crazy Dave makes a wall of peanut-butter-and-jelly-flavoured ice cream that can't melt.

"The Curse of the Flower-Bot" (#4). This story is shorter than the rest. ZomBoss is watching TV when he gets an idea. He disguises a robot with a camera as a plant to learn all of his enemies' secrets. But he spills crumbs in it and it ends up falling in love with one of Crazy Dave's inventions.

Bonus fact: The bonus stories are drawed by different people.
